Update, June 16:
On Friday, June 19, there will be a special afternoon singing from the blue Cooper Edition of The Sacred Harp to honor Juneteenth and take advantage of the day off. We'll meet from 1 to 4 or so at the Rudolf Steiner Bookshop at 138 West 15th Street. Bring snacks if you like and your CB if you can, as we won't have many loaners.
There are Sacred Harp singings in New York City most Wednesdays and some weekends. No singing experience is necessary, and all are welcome to attend. Books are available for loan or purchase at every gathering.
